Worked on e-mails to expiring users. , noc, statstracker was going haywire....randy messed with it some more and it started working again after he lovingly carressed it..., Got very busy. Lots of calls about Lowville and email troubles. No time to do anything. Hold times were up there pretty good, Daily routine, E-Mail, Voice-Mail, helping Daryll with some network issues, getting document to Daryll., email, voicemail, gen admin, call backs, Costguard training, Many log in calls with most of them due to not being able to surf web or bring up any pages. Malone customers with v-90 modems had some luck getting online after turning of v-90: MS=V34 string. Those with win modems still unable to log in., Trained with Ben. Showed me Total Control Manager, authentication reboot., working on (and finally completed!) JavaScript for customer survey page (next is ASP), had to leave early to pick up sister from work, worked on setting up and importing outlook and exchange, Roswell Robinson (SIIE), SOftmls2 setting up www.slcmls.com so it is all working and they can start using it this week.. this is going to be a long process since I am having all sorts of problems with it. This involves setting up the SQL server and the public web sites and all the default settings etc etc, On phone w/Doug Sheley. Trouble shooting database problem w/Tics project.
