This is my coding:

why it dosent show the value of hnew(i) in the browser.

looks fine to me except you are showing <%=hnews(i)%> in your code example and then asking why hnew(i) shows nothing

notice the spelling differences...

other than that try response writing the values surrounded by () or something without the hyperlink code for troubleshooting sake.. if you still see nothing between the ()'s it may just be that your array is not populated like you think it should be.. you didnt show how you are building the array so it's not possible to say if it has blank values or not
