TLdelaySec Function

This function ( well actually its a sub )  was designed by my Co-worker Tim Lasek This is simply an easy to use time delay.

Function TLdelay(seconds)

Usage:  TLdelaySec(2)

Result:  2 second delay before the rest of the code on the page is executed.
