Hello all!  I've just downloaded and installed the PowerASP Counter available on this site.  I am not getting any sort of errors at all, the counter displays.  It just stays at 1 all the time, never advances.  You can check it out on http://www.dobsonhall.com/    The counter is inserted at the bottom of the index page only.  The directory that the counter.txt and index.asp is in has anonymous read/write permissions and I' ve adjusted the script to search for the physical directory and removed the Server.Map... reference, although I get the same results either way.  Not real sure what I've done wrong here, I just started learning asp scripting a week ago... thanks for your advice, in advance!

Peace,

Darrell

I tried to set permissions on the counter.txt file specifically and then I got an error message stating that the operation failed, unknown.  Could this be the problem?  Should I be calling my hosting service to get this problem ironed out?  Someone please help!  I'm not sure if this is something I have done (or not done) or if this is a hosting service issue.  I mean, it's no real huge deal - only a counter - but it would sure help to know where I'm going wrong with the code, if I am... jThanks!

Peace,

Darrell
